Adults - Help and tips

According to you, do you think you live an equal and healthy love relationship or did you lived a healthy relationship in the past?

Several behaviours and attitudes distinguish an equal and healthy relationship from another that is less. When two people know well how to communicate, they may negotiate and make compromises so that each person learn what he/she wants and what he/she needs in the relationship. Respect and trust are the basis of any equal and healthy romantic relationship.

To develop an equal relationship, it is essential that both partners have the desire to create this climate of confidence and mutual respect. It is an illusion to believe that we can all change it all. We cannot change a person, only she can decide to act to change.
